Frequently asked questions and their answers

What are the program fees?

The most updated pricing will be on our courses page. Click the course you're interested in here.

You can get our programs for free through our referral program.

Are the assignments difficult? How much time do I have to spend on them?

At EntryLevel, we want to give you the best chance of getting your money back.

If you attempt every task (that means no blank submissions and no copying other people's work!), and get your submissions in before the program ends, you will get your money back.

Some of our learners spend only a few hours a week on their work. It’s up to you how much work you want to put in and how detailed you make your notes.

Do you guarantee job placements?

EntryLevel is primarily an education platform and does not guarantee anyone employment at the end of the program.

However, we do have a network of recruiters who do occasionally look at user work submissions and hire candidates with exceptional work. These recruiters operate according to their own employment needs and schedules outside of EntryLevel's influence and the EntryLevel will act as a facilitator for these opportunities.

What is the program structure?

  1. You enroll in an EntryLevel program
  2. You get an email close to the start date of the program
  3. New “missions” are unlocked every few days for you to learn (read articles and watch videos) and work on the assignments
  4. You can join your team on Discord to ask your peers questions
  5. Near the end of the 6 weeks, you submit all the work you’ve done throughout the program as a “portfolio”
  6. You review your peers’ portfolios and you get your portfolio reviewed
  7. If you finish everything by the final deadline, you get a certificate
  8. If you want your refund, we provide it for you. If you’d rather let us keep the money and get premium perks in exchange, you can do that too

Are EntryLevel’s courses beginner-friendly?

Yes - you do not need any prior experience to enrol.

There are no exams - EntryLevel’s programs are project-based and you leave with a portfolio at the end. Every assignment you do will have instructions on how to do them, so you do not need any experience to take an EntryLevel program.

Are EntryLevel’s courses online?

Yes, they are online and asynchronous, so you have the flexibility to work on your own time. Be sure to meet deadlines for assignments, though!

How do I enroll?

Click the “enroll now” button on our courses page or click "sign up" in our navigation bar.

Can I enrol in more than one program?

If you want to enrol in multiple courses you are permitted to do so, however you will be required to pay a commitment bond for each course you sign up to.

While we love the hustle of people that try to enrol in as many courses as possible, the EntryLevel team strongly recommends doing 1 course at a time. This is because the workload of these programs can be quite considerable, and we want you to have the best chance as possible to complete and qualify for a refund.

You can always wait to try another program at the next month’s cohort (our programs run every month). Then, you can use the same commitment bond from one cohort to another (i.e. you pay the bond, we refund you, and you use the same bond to pay for the second program).
